Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern all orders placed on lovrex.com (the "Store"), operated by REXOH LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, United States ("LovRex", "we"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

2. Contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. Your order is an offer; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline orders in case of stock shortage, suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and include applicable VAT where required. Import duties, if any, are described in the Shipping Policy. Payment is due at checkout via the offered payment methods; card data is processed by our payment providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free worldwide. Delivery times, tracking and our delivery guarantee are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, describes the 14-day return right, the handling of damaged or wrong items and refund timing.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranty rights of your country. Please report defects to support@lovrex.com with photos; we will repair, replace or refund.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Product information

We take care that descriptions and images are accurate; minor deviations in colour or design may occur. Product images may belong to their respective manufacturers.

9. Intellectual property

The Store's content, design and trademarks are protected and may not be used without our written consent.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We aim to resolve all complaints directly: support@lovrex.com.
