How your order travels
- Processing (1–3 business days). We check stock and pack your order at the nearest partner warehouse.
- Shipped. You receive an email with the tracking number. Follow it on the Track your order page.
- In transit (10–15 days). Export, flight, import and local delivery. Tracking can pause for a few days at customs — that's normal.
- Delivered. To your door or your local post office.
Good to know
Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels from different warehouses — you'll get one tracking number per parcel, at no extra cost.
Delivery times are estimates. During peak season (November–January) add 3–5 days.
