Where is my tracking number?
It is emailed to you as soon as your order ships (usually 1–3 business days after purchase). Check your spam folder if you can't find it. You can also open your account and click the order.

Tracking hasn't updated?
International parcels can show no movement for 5–7 days while they clear export or customs. If there's no update for more than 10 days, or your order is past 25 business days, email support@lovrex.com with your order number — we'll investigate and, if needed, resend or refund in full.
