Refund & return policy

This policy applies to all purchases on lovrex.com, operated by REXOH LLC.

1. Right of return (14 days)

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email support@lovrex.com with your order number before sending anything back; we will send return instructions and the correct return address for your region within one business day. Items sent without instructions cannot be processed.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact support@lovrex.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. In most cases no return is required.

3. Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, we will reship it or refund you in full.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return (immediately for cases under section 2 or 3). Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund.

5. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. When the error is ours (wrong, damaged or defective item) we cover it.

6. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned unless defective: opened cosmetics and personal care products, underwear and swimwear with removed hygiene seals, personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods and digital products.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, Switzerland and the UK.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@lovrex.com. After that the order is being prepared and can be handled as a return once delivered.
